KLOW blend questions

Answers are arithmetic only. Vialwise does not give dosing advice.

How much bacteriostatic water do I add to 80 mg of KLOW blend?

There’s no single correct amount. The water only sets the strength: more water means less KLOW blend in each unit, which makes small doses easier to measure. With a 80 mg vial, 1 mL gives 80 mg/mL, 2 mL gives 40 mg/mL and 3 mL gives 26.67 mg/mL. Make sure the amount fits in your vial.

How much KLOW blend is in 10 units?

10 units on a U-100 insulin syringe is 0.1 mL. With 80 mg mixed in 2 mL, 10 units holds 4 mg. Mixed in 3 mL, it holds 2.67 mg.

How many clicks is that on a peptide pen?

On a standard peptide pen one click is 0.01 mL, the same as one unit on an insulin syringe. With 80 mg in 3 mL, each click holds 266.7 mcg. A 3 mL cartridge holds 300 clicks.

How much of each peptide is in one unit?

With 80 mg mixed in 2 mL, one unit holds 50 mcg BPC-157, 50 mcg TB-500, 250 mcg GHK-Cu, 50 mcg KPV. Use the “Dose refers to” option in the calculator to measure by any one of them.

Which syringe should I use?

Pick the smallest insulin syringe your dose fits in. A 0.3 mL syringe holds 30 units, 0.5 mL holds 50 and 1 mL holds 100, usually marked every 2 units. Smaller barrels spread the marks out, so small doses are easier to read.
